Warranty
NanaWall® is your first choice for elegant, precision-engineered
opening glass wall systems. We stand behind the workmanship of our product by offering
a one year warranty on all aspects of the product, doubled to two years if installed
by a certified installer. Additionally, we offer warranties of ten years on rollers
and insulated glass and five years on laminated glass.
Limited Warranty
The NanaWall® system is warranted against defects in materials and
workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of manufacture. NanaWall
Systems, Inc. will furnish replacements for component parts that prove to be defective,
shipped freight prepaid or, at its option, refund the purchase price of such parts
in lieu of furnishing a replacement. No labor or installation is included.
This warranty does not apply to:
- Units installed in an opening not prepared properly.
- Units improperly installed or improperly maintained.
- Units that have been subjected to negligent, abusive or improper use or operation.
- Units that have been damaged in any manner, including but not by way of limitation,
improper installation, improper handling, improper care, accident, corrosive fumes,
condensates, or fire.
- Units that have been modified in any manner.
- Natural variations in the color or texture of wood components.
NanaWall Systems, Inc. makes no other warranty, expressed or implied, and shall
not be liable for incidental or consequential damage or loss. Some states do not
allow the exclusion or the limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so
the foregoing limitation or exclusion may not apply.
Service under this warranty is available by advising a NANA sales representative
or NanaWall Systems, Inc. directly immediately after discovery of defect. You will
waive your rights under this written warranty if you fail to notify within 30 days
of receipt of unit a defect which an ordinary inspection would reveal, or if you
fail to make a claim within a reasonable time during the warranty period after a
hidden defect is discovered.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights
which vary from state to state.
